George R. Schultz

Russ has successfully represented a wide range of clients in prosecution and litigation matters such as patent infringement; trademark and trade dress infringement; copyright infringement; and patent, trademark and copyright prosecution. 

Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an attorney with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.C.; Strasburger & Price, L.L.P.; and intellectual property boutique Hubbard, Thurman, Turner & Tucker. He began his career at California-based Rohr Industries, working in robotics design for the fabrication and assembly of bonded polymer and Kevlar aircraft parts for the stealth bomber.
